This is our basic commercial cleaning service to cater for the daily cleaning needs of commercial premises. This service ensures the clients’ site is kept clean and covers all the basic cleaning functions.

GENERAL / POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING SERVICE
General cleaning is recommended prior to the commencement of the Daily Cleaning Service and at least once a year, depending on human traffic. It is designed to meet the needs of our residential and commercial clients and offers a more comprehensive cleaning service that covers areas which cannot be done during the daily cleaning service.

This service ensures all our premises are clean and tidy, both inside and outside. The scope of duties includes:

- Fumigation (indoors and outdoors)
Our Fumigation service covers mostly insect pest control using top of the range insecticides and professionally trained staff. This service is available on a one-off basis or as part of the regular maintenance of premises.
We have been providing fumigation services for YOLOXPERIENCES since 2015, including their operations at ICON HOUSE (Cocolounge, Urban Grill), SANTOKU Restaurant and YARDBIRD Restaurant.
PAYROLL & SERVICE STAFF MANAGEMENT
We are able to manage payroll of cleaners and service staff where any organization prefers to outsource. We pay all our workers SSNIT and Income Tax and open bank accounts and pay salaries electronically, register for National Health Insurance and are covered by Workers Compensation Insurance.
We can absorb existing workers, re-train where necessary and manage all Human Resource dealing, on behalf of our clients.
